Outside this wonderful urbanization in which the accommodation is located, you will find a shared salt pool of 20mx10m and a depth range that goes from 1.2m to 2m. For the little ones, they also have a playground and a 0.40m deep children's pool so they can have fun and cool off in complete safety. On the premises you will also find a tennis court and an extensive community garden where you can sunbathe. On the terrace of the apartment they have sun loungers and a dining area where you can extend the evenings with your companions. Please note that as this is an apartment, there are direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.

Inside you will find a bright dining room equipped with a TV that gives direct access to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. At bedtime, they have a nice bedroom with a double bed with direct access to the terrace. In addition, an extra person can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. A full bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. The property has centralized AC that cools or heats the room, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
