The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the well-kept community gardens you will find a shared salt pool, with dimensions of 28 x 10 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2.8 m, which will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. In addition, they can relax in the jacuzzi and, the little ones, have a great time while splashing in the children's pool. Once in your accommodation, you will find a magnificent furnished terrace where you can enjoy unforgettable moments while eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in an apartment building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

Located on the ground floor, the home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, will be perfect for extending the evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have two bedrooms, both with AC. The first has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hot tub, while the second has a trundle bed. If they need it, up to two more people can rest on the sofa in the living room. In the apartment you will also find another bathroom, this time with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The accommodation is located in Torrox-Costa, a coastal city known for its warm and sunny climate all year round, and for its golden sand beaches. The area, very close to the sea, has all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay. We encourage you to stroll along the promenade, where you will find shops and numerous bars, restaurants and terraces with sea views where you can enjoy the rich and varied local cuisine, as well as the sweet wines and tapas of the area. Another point of interest very close to your accommodation is the Torrox lighthouse, which can be visited and from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and the coast. In the surroundings of Torrox-Costa there are several hiking routes that will allow you to explore the nature of the area. They could walk through the Sierra de Tejeda, for example, which is a natural park located near the town. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and beach, just 50 meters away you will find the Peñóncillo beach. This is a beach with golden sand and crystal clear waters, also characterized by being very quiet and not very crowded, ideal for those looking for a more relaxed atmosphere. One of the most notable features of this beach is the impressive Peñón del Santo, which rises above the sea at one end of the beach. It is a rock formation that offers spectacular views of the sea and the coast, and is also very popular with climbing fans. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
