The patio of this pretty town house is perfect for relaxing. In the morning it invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast, followed by a pleasant reading, a rest in the sun on the 6 sun loungers or a visit to the beach, which is only 3.5 km away. Then, you can finish the day with an exquisite barbecue under the porch.
The house has 4 floors. The ground floor offers the kitchen-dining room, -equipped with gas stove and A/C-, and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor you will find the living room - where you can watch TV-SAT -, a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a double bed (one with a wardrobe). On the 2nd floor there is a living room and the fourth bedroom with a double bed and dressing room. All rooms have A/C. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a crib and high chair. Floor -1 is the height of the patio.
Sóller is one of the most charming towns in Mallorca. Don't miss a ride on the old train and tram to Port de Sóller, where you can dine in good restaurants or try their homemade ice cream. The house is located in a central pedestrian street in the city.
