Beschrijving

The exterior of the house offers a wonderful garden where you can enjoy the good weather. There are 8 sun loungers and 3 of them can be taken to the beach as the house has direct access to it through a small path. On your return you can wash off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower and enjoy a delicious barbecue in the outdoor dining room on the porch. The property has direct neighbors but the vegetation that surrounds the house will give you privacy.

The house has two floors where comfort is the most important thing. From the garden you have direct access to the living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV. Next you have the kitchen which is equipped with a gas hob and everything you need to cook during your vacation. On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms -one with a shower and the other with a bathtub- and 3 bedrooms with AC, -one with a double bed and the other 2 with two single beds-. On the upper floor you have the last room with a double bed, AC, terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower. We put at your disposal 2 cribs and a high chair in case you travel with your babies. And also in the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location of the house is fantastic to enjoy the sun, the sea and the beach. In fact, Muro Beach is one of the most beautiful on the island, with kilometers of sand to walk and a wide range of water sports. In addition, the area offers all the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Not far away is Can Picafort, with more services and leisure options.
