A double bedroom is located on the ground floor, while three further double bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and a cot and high chair are available on request. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms, one with a shower on the main floor and another with a spa bath on the upper floor. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, ironing board and oil central heating.

The villa is located just 800 meters from the charming center of Llubà and is ideal for exploring Mallorca. In 20 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches such as Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia and Formentor, known for their soft sand and shallow waters, perfect for families. Enjoy various water activities, visit the Port Alcudia marina or relax in the beachfront cafes and restaurants.

Pets are allowed and there is outdoor parking for five cars. This property has a license for tourist use (ETV/7196).
