House located within an agricultural and cheese-making farm, ideal for lovers of nature and local products. The house was built in 1950 and its last renovation was in 2017.
In this charming home you have access to a communal chlorine pool measuring 8 m x 3 m and with a depth of 1.1 m to a maximum of 1.9 m. On the terrace we find an outdoor shower, two umbrellas and six sun loungers to relax in the sun with beautiful views of the pool. There is a private porch to enjoy great evenings outside.
The kitchen-living-dining room are in the same space and have air conditioning. The living room is a perfect place to relax watching satellite television. The kitchen is furnished with an electric oven, ceramic hob, and some utensils that will be of great help when preparing your favorite meals. With Mediterranean decoration, the house consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house.
The house is a few kilometers from the town of Ses Salinas, where you can find what you need during your vacation. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the white sand beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands. In the surroundings you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters, including Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbo and Colonia de Sant Jordi. The capital is a 30-minute drive away, where you can visit the La Seu cathedral, the Bellver castle, the Baluard museum or go shopping. Near Palma there are several water parks such as Westernpark and Aqualand and you can also visit the Aquarium.
